Talks between the Black Dragon Society and representatives of the French, Italian and Russian governments indicate much of Continental Europe is getting ready to side with Britain and isolate the criminal regime in Washington D.C. There are many ongoing negotiations which are complex and technical in nature so it is not clear exactly when the new global paradigm will be publicly announced. However, we can say for sure that behind the scenes the dark cabal is no longer in charge.

It is apparent that many of the people posting are unaware of Cheney's role as a member of Majestic (now renamed the pretentious "Scion"). Even though he is a despicable, sadistic sack of human ordure who should be consigned to the toilet bowl of the universe, his concession is necessary to move forward both with the CIA contingent and the people in the BLACK and GRAY projects.
The entire situation is appalling because it is not just stealing all the money in the world and giving it to a small contingent of TRILLIONAIRES (not billionaires, Zenn, trillionaires) who have so much wealth tied up in fake trusts that control companies, other trusts, consortiums etc. These parasites have not paid reasonable taxes for generations and have stolen more than they have given. They are continuing to conduct repulsive experiments via the chemtrails to turn humanity into a "transhuman" which they believe that they will control via microwave and radio wave transmissions. Unfortunately, their operation has manifested itself in MORGELLON'S DISEASE and probably worse. Humanity needs to be free. It always has and always will.
