米国のヒトラリー・クリントンが中国のネット検閲やグーグルへの「圧力」を非難しているが、今のアメリカに非難する資格はないだろう。グーグルは昔からネット検索を捻じ曲げたり、検閲したりしている。

例えば私のジャーナリストの友人はアメリカの９１１自作自演テロについてのドキュメンタリー映画（911 Eyewitness）をYOU-tubeにアップし、ヒット数が１００万に達したのだが急にゼロに再設定された。人気映像ランキングに入れないように操作を行ったとしか考えられない。

私のＹＯＵ-tube映像ヒット数も常に操作されている。例えば地震兵器についての映像ヒット数が２４万に達した後、急に２万まで下げられた。また外国特派員協会で９１１の自作自演についての記者会見があったが、これについてのレポートがグーグルによって真っ黒に塗りつぶされた。

またグーグルは常に検索の一番上にCIAの認可を得たサイトを乗せる。そうしてCIAが好まないサイトへのリンクの数をいつも下げている。それだけではなく個人のE-mailも常に操作している。自分の目で大事なメールが消されたことを何度も見た。また肝心な人物からのメールが届かないこともある。真実を追求している人は皆同じような体験をしている。

これは中国のポルノや憎悪サイトの検閲より遥かに酷い振る舞いだ。アメリカが中国を非難したいのであれば、先ず己の襟を正す必要がある。

The attempt by Hitlery Clinton to score propaganda points over China by accusing it of internet censorship of Google is a stunning display of hypocrisy. Google has been distorting its search engine results and page view counts in order to protect criminal mass murderers who hijacked the US government. For example, a colleague of mine made a movie about 911 called “911 eyewitness,” and put it on U-tube. When the movie got a million hits, suddenly Google switched the hit count to zero. The only possible explanation was that they wanted to prevent that video from reaching the most viewed list.

My own u-tube posting view numbers are also routinely distorted by Google. For example, my posting about HAARP as an earthquake weapon reached 240,000 views before it was suddenly reset to 20,000 views. Google also blacked out a report from a press conference about 911 held at the Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan.

Any truth seeker putting out information about these mass murderers has had similar experiences.

Furthermore, Google routinely cuts the amount of links to popular truth seeker in a clumsy attempt to prevent too many people from finding out the truth. They make sure CIA approved information appears at the top of their search results on key subjects.

US government agencies also routinely tamper with my e-mail. I have watched them delete important unread e-mails from my mail box. They also prevent many people from contacting me via e-mail. I am sure they do this to lots of people.

This is far worse behavior than Chinese attempts to deal with pornographic spam and ethnic tensions.

If the US government wants to take the moral high ground, they must first be standing on it. For now, it is a clear case of the pot calling the kettle black.

I strongly recommend that everybody go find secondship.com and locate the interview of the author Richard Phillips. Listen to it. He actually thinks that there "might be a problem" with too much government control via neural nets etc. Then go find this book: DAEMON by Daniel Suarez. He is an IT-type and this is his first novel. It is about a DAEMON that runs amuck or "does exactly what it was supposed to do" depending upon one's point of view.

It is time for the computer industry and programmers in specific to take some responsibility for what is going on. While it is likely that programmers will be "replaced" by robotic/AI, neural net type combinations of hardware and software; this can only happen if YOU YOURSELVES ARE NOT ALERT TO WHAT IS GOING ON.

司会：それでは、Ｍさんよろしくお願いします。Ｍさんは事故当夜、現場に向かわれたそうですが、まず、そのいきさつを教えてください。

Ｍ氏[1]：私の実家は、事故現場から見て西側、長野県の方にあります。当時は大学を卒業して社会人になったばかりで、事故当日はお盆ということもあり、たまたま実家に帰省していました。

事故の速報を知ったのが、12日夕方の7時過ぎ頃だったと思います。その時は墜落現場は(長野県の）北相木村付近という報道でした。そこで、北相木村やもっと南に位置する川上村に住む知り合いに電話を掛けて様子を尋ねたところ、どちらも墜落は確認できてないとのことなので、残るは南相木村の山間部しかないと思い、そちらに向かいました。たまたま高校時代の友人2名と一緒だったので、事故現場に行ってみようということになりました。まだ、若かったですから、その時はただ、何としても現場に1番乗りしてやるぞ、インタビューされてテレビに映ってやるぞ、ぐらいの本当に軽い気持ちしかありませんでした。

オフロードバイクにまたがり、友人2人(それぞれオフロードとオンロードバイクを使用)と共に南相木村に向けて出発し、おそらく21時頃までには南相木村からの林道に入っていたと思います。ただし、オンロードバイクの友人は途中でこの行程から抜け、林道から先を進んだのは、オフロードにのったボクたち2人だけです。

司会：その時刻はまだ、墜落地点は判明してませんでしたよね(公式発表は翌朝5時以降)。そこからどこに進めばよいか、どう判断したのですか？

Ｍ氏[2]：そんなの訳ないですよ。上空で戦闘機が、それもおそらく2機がぐるぐる旋回している音がしてましたから、墜落現場はその(旋回)音の中心付近だなとすぐに分かりました。そこで、バイクで可能な限り近くの林道を進んで、そこから先は徒歩で山に入ることにしました。

司会：ええっ？じゃぁもうその時点で墜落地点はわかっていたと・・・

Ｍ氏[3]：はい。当然、警察も分かっていたはずですよ。だってボクたちが南相木村へ向かってるその後ろから、警察の白バイもついてきましたから。でも、普通のバイクなので切返しの多い山道に難渋していて、オフロードに乗ったボクたちは簡単に振り切っちゃいましたけど(笑)。

林道の終点から山に入ってからは、途中、山の頂きへ登る度に、ヘリの音がする方向を探して、墜落地点を確認しました。ヘリは同じところを一晩中飛んでいたので、墜落地点は当然分かっているものと思いました。

司会：すると、林道から先は、徒歩で夜の山に分け入ったのですか。危険だと思わなかったのですか？

Ｍ氏[4]：あの辺の山の持ち主(の息子）とか知ってますし、一緒に山に入って遊んでましたから、どんなところかは大体わかっていました。松の木と岩が多い所なんですよ。もちろん、急峻で険しい所だとも知ってますから、この先へ進むのは中々たいへんだなと思いましたよ。

とにかく、墜落現場に向かってまっすぐ進むことしか考えていませんから、きつい傾斜や時にはオーバーハングを超えて、山道なんか関係なく、強引にいくつも尾根を跨いで行きました。ですから、直線距離でわずか7,8キロの行程なのに、山に入ってから現場に着くまで6～7時間くらいかかりました。着いたのは、午前4時前後だったはずです。

司会：午前4時という時刻はどうやって確認したのですか？

Ｍ氏[5]：当時は、時計を身に付ける習慣はなかったのですか、着いた時に山の尾根付近が白み始めていたので、おそらくそれぐらいの時間だと思いました。
（管理者註：夏の山頂付近は明るくなるのが早い）

司会：そこで何を見ましたか？

Ｍ氏[6]：既に自衛隊員が7～80人、いや100人位は来ていました。それを見て、自分たちは一番乗りできなかったと思いましたね。同時に、事故犠牲者の呻き声が谷にこだまし、響き渡っているのがはっきりと聴こえました。

司会：ええっ？その時に生きて声を出している人が居たのですか！！どれくらいの人が生きていたのでしょう？

Ｍ氏[7]：全部を数えた訳ではありませんが、声の響き方からすると少なくても4～50人は居たと思います。実際に、苦しそうに声をあげている人を私も間近で何人か見ています。自衛隊の人たちがいる以上、自分たちができることは、負傷者のいる場所を教え、早く救助してもらうことだと思い、呻き声のするあたりを探しては、その場所を隊員さんに伝え、早い手当を頼んでいました。

ただ、隊員さんの対応には不信感を覚えましたね。「へたに動かすと危険なので、後から来る部隊が手当することになっている」と言うだけで、何もしようとしない。手にした4～50cm 位の丸いバッグに、地面から拾った物を黙々と入れ続けている。

司会：自衛隊員は何を拾っていたのでしょう？

Ｍ氏[8]：まだ暗くてよく見えなかったので、それが何かまではわかりませんでした。ボイスレコーダーとか、何か貴重な物なんだろうと思っていました。私が覚えている隊員さんの装備は、バッグの他に、片手に抜き身の大型アーミーナイフ、目には暗視ゴーグル、また、靴はつま先の短い短靴を履いており、傾斜のきついこの山のことをよく調べて入っているなと思いました。

ちょっとひどいなと思ったのは、斜面を登り、尾根の反対側に出たら、向こうの谷ではヘリコプターがホバリングしているじゃないですか、ヘリが来ているならさっさと救助しろよと思いましたね。しかも、ヘリの下では、さっき隊員さんたちが何かを入れていたバックを10数個まとめ、ネットに入れて吊り上げていました。何度も吊り上げていたので、全部で70個くらいのバッグが回収されたと思います。

司会：現場にはどれくらい滞在したのですか？

Ｍ氏[9]：到着してから1時間後くらいに、自衛隊の次の部隊が続々と到着してきました。また、暗視スコープを装着していた最初の部隊も引き上げる体制に移っていたので、もうこれで大丈夫と思い、この時に下山を始めました。なお、次の部隊は、山で歩きにくいブーツ姿だったので、これでちゃんと歩けるのかな？と思いました。

セミナー参加者からの質問

Ｑ１：4～50人居たという、呻き声の人たちはどうなってしまったのでしょう？

Ｍ氏[10]：それはボクもずっと不思議に思っていたのですが、下山を開始する朝の5時過ぎ頃には、谷の呻き声がピタリと止んでいました。

Ｑ２：この事故の生存者は4人の女性でしたが、その他にも助かりそうな人はいませんでしたか？

Ｍ氏[11]：ボクが見た負傷者の中に、指先が1本ちぎれただけの男の人がいました。「この程度なら死ぬことはないな」と思い、救助活動(隊員への声かけ)を後回しにしたのをはっきりと覚えています。あの人がどうなったのか、ボクにも分かりません。

Ｑ３：事故調査委員会が、当夜、墜落場所発見が困難だったと報告しています。しかし、Ｍさんは夜を徹して現場に到達している。この報告をどう思いますか。

Ｍ氏[12]：日頃から遭難者の多い現地周辺にはCB無線による救助網が敷かれています。無線機を持った人員を担当箇所に登らせて無線を交わせば、夜間に炎上しているような目立つものなら訳なく見つけ出せるはず。どうしてこんなに時間がかかったのか分かりません。
（管理者註：というか、本当はとっくに見つけ出していますが・・）

Ｑ４：大型アーミーナイフは何に使われていたのでしょう？

Ｍ氏[13]：それは見ていないので分かりません。

Ｑ５：現場で身の危険を感じたり、二人を排除するような動きはありませんでしたか？

Ｍ氏[14]：そういうことは特に感じませんでした。

Ｑ６：機体が激しく衝突し炎上した墜落現場に木立が残っているのは不自然だとよく指摘されるのですが、実際に見てどうでしたか？

Ｍ氏[15]：言われてみたら、確かに変ですよね。林立している木の間に機体の破片や、遺体(の一部が)飛散していましたから。それに、あの辺りは針葉樹が多い山ですから、機体から火が出たらあっという間に周囲に燃え広がるはず。それにしちゃ、あまり燃えてなかったなぁ、変だなぁ。

Ｑ７：事故調査委員会が、生存者4人の発見を奇跡的だと報告しています。しかし、Ｍさんは生きてきる何10人もの声を聞いている。この報告について改めて感想を聞かせてください。

Ｍ氏[16]：報告は嘘だと思います。明らかにもっと多くの方の命を救うことができたはずです。

Ｑ８：その他、現場で見て、何か変だと思ったことを教えてください。

Ｍ氏[17]：山で遭難して遺体になると、狐や狸など、山の動物にひどく食い荒らされるのですが、現場で見た遺体には、奴らが手をつけた痕跡がまるでない、それは山を知る者としてはたいへん不思議な事です。

私は、この証言についてはなるべく想像を逞しくしないようにしてます。たいへん恐ろしい想像をしてしまうからです。しかし、M氏の証言を詳しく検証することにより、この事故の謎を解く新たな事実が浮かび上がります。それについては次回に説明を譲りましょう。
