This week marks the beginning of the Chinese New Year. This will be a very special Year of the Tiger. The year of the tiger comes in-between the Year of the Bull and the Year of the dragon. This is very symbolic, I believe. The Bull is a fitting symbol for the West these days, virile and aggressive but lacking in wisdom and patience. The dragon is very old and wise but is perhaps too cautious and passive and can be seen as a symbol of the East. If you mix the best elements of the bull and the dragon, the result is a tiger. This week I will fly to Rome as a representative of the Black Dragon Society to negotiate with the leaders of the Illuminati and the Teutonic Knights. Hopefully we will be able to come up with a formula for a new financial system controlled exactly 50/50 by East and West. Eventually, a financial system controlled by all of humanity is likely after a transition period needed to make sure issues like corruption, governance etc. are all dealt with.

You are on the right kind of track, but all these people you are dealing with had lets say 'made a deal with the devil' in the past. Without the 'evil' support they are all in a disarray. Houses of deception, fraud and lies is crumbling from bottom up.
Do what ever you want its not going to work out. You need to find out the people who took down the evil show, which was going on for thousands of years. Come up with a good plan and they will help you out.
Just ask the BDS what happened to them suddenly. If they are willing to move over to the good side, they can ask for help. Solution is not in joining forces with other evil organizations.

Good luck with the negotiations. Might I suggest writing down each party's concerns and needs and then looking to see how the other parties' can meet their needs to eliminate their concerns. Seems it night go a long way toward eliminating fear of the other party's power.

For example, fear about losing power might be be eased by assurances of standard of living in a new system; overpopulation fears might be assuaged by assurances of colonization of mars; fears of losing revenue on energy technologies might be relieved by allowing groups heavily invested in current technologies grants and resources from governments to make up for profit loss in the near term and financial experts to show them how elimination of expenditures is the same as profit generation without work. Obviously if there is no financial/quality of life upside no party will agree. I would suspect that even blackwater contractors might find it more interesting to fly on magnetogravitic craft to mars to set up microbial colonization than to be stuck in Iraq or yemen where they are being pitted against other intelligence agency employees. Or derivatives traders might enjoy the opportunity to be with their families and live off-grid on new technologies rather then bankrupt entire continents. The development of underwater cities on earth as opposed to carpet-bombing, etc. etc.

Essentially the way to make these negotiations go well is to develop a win-win for each party so that they can't see a downside. You, being a scholar of eastern religions knows that wherever there is a yin, there is always a yang to compliment.

Make it so no one loses and everyone wins.

Do you need a transition period to deal with corruption?

A financial system "likely" controlled by humanity?

With all respect, and I have no intention to discredit you on such a trivial matter, but your readers must be notified for correction; the Year of Tiger(2010) is NOT in-between the Year of Bull and the Year of Dragon. It is in-between the Year of Bull(2009) and the Year of Rabbit(2011). The Year of Dragon is “2012” which may have its own significance since you and I know that “those in the know” all talk about 2012.
