Last December, the Austrian branch of US vaccine company Baxter sent a batch of ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it couldn't replicate, to Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, also in Austria. In February, a lab in the Czech Republic working for Avir alerted Baxter that, unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with the sample had died. It turned out the sample contained live H5N1, which Baxter uses to make vaccine. The two seem to have been mixed in error.

Baxter International Inc said on Friday that it is in full-scale production of an A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine that could be ready for commercial use next month.

ウィーン在住のオーストリア国民である私は、
●「アヴィールグリーンヒルズバイオテクノロジー」（本社ウィ－ン、Wa¨hring）
●「バクスターAG」（本社ウィーン。製薬会社バクスターインターナショナルのオーストリアにおける子会社）
●「バクスターインターナショナル」（本社アメリカイリノイ州ディアフィールド）
のこれら法人を、私の生命と健康のみならず、ウィーン、オーストリア及びその周辺国の人々の生命と健康までも危険にさらした行為に対し、刑事告訴する。
アヴィール社とバクスター社は、非合法である事を故意に知りながら、2008年12月から2009年2月にかけて、巧妙にごまかされた虚偽の計画・計略を行った。これは、生物学的大量破壊兵器の製造、所有、放出、および配布を禁止する国内法／国際法双方に違反するものである。
まず第一に、バクスター社は、2008年12月にドナウ川沿岸のOrthにある生物医学研究所内で鳥インフルエンザウィルスに汚染されたインフルエンザワクチン製剤を製造した。
バクスター社は、研究所内ではBSL３（生物学的研究における安全性レベル3）に適合した予防策を講じている。これは有毒物質を安全に処理するシステムであるため、通常のインフルエンザワクチン製剤がアクシデントにより危険な鳥インフルエンザウィルスに汚染されるという事は事実上不可能である。

しかしながら、空気感染力が強い為伝染性の高い季節性インフルエンザウィルスと結合すると、新型インフルエンザが誕生する。それは、ヒトの免疫システムにとって未知の物であるため、多くの無防備の人々に対し深刻な打撃を与えるであろう。
この種の致死性ウィルスは、短期間のうちに世界中に広がり、数百万人、数十億人単位にまで感染する可能性がある。
第二に、バクスター社は、１月末又は２月初めに、アヴィール社を通じてこの汚染されたワクチンを、虚偽の隠蔽と虚偽のラベリングを施した上で、オーストリア及び他国の16の研究所へ大量に流通させた。その事により、最低36人から37人の研究所スタッフが潜在的に感染しており、その間彼らは、鳥インフルエンザと通常のインフルエンザに感染という事で病院での隔離治療を受けなければならなかった。
2月9日（まさにこの同日、18人のアヴィール社社員がウィーンのOtto Wagner 病院で鳥インフルエンザの予防接種を受けている）、AFP通信によると、日本のパナソニック株式会社は、鳥インフルエンザのパンデミックへの懸念により海外駐在員の家族の多くを帰国させる意向を発表した。

今年に入り、中国だけで８人がH5N1型鳥インフルエンザウィルスに感染し、そのうちの５人が死亡している。

さらに、アビールとバクスターがオーストリア保健省の、当時の保健福祉部長官を務めていたマリア・ラウチーカラット氏(Maria Rauch-Kallat)と共謀し、鳥インフルエンザの流行宣言を機に、6千万本の予防接種供給の契約を交わしたことに対して争う。
また、この「実験室での事件」により、 国内、及び、国際的当局が、 オーストリア人の安全確保義務を履行することは不可能であると主張します。逆に、当局がこの事実の隠蔽に関与していると指摘します。
もしも、製薬会社の法律違反により、世界人口の99％に害を与えることが出来る鳥インフルエンザを誘発し、それに何ら責任を負わされることがないなら、事実上、オーストリア領土において法律は全く機能していないということを意味する。
当局が対処を怠っているため、致死的なウイルスを配布した責任者らは、現在も変わらずアヴィールとバクスターの同職に就いているので、いつでも同様の事件が起きる可能性がある。
さらに、バクスターが米国政府と共に鳥インフルエンザワクチン製造用と称して開発した、1200リットル級の発酵装置やヴェロ細胞技術を利用するこの生産システムは、大量の汚染されたワクチン製品を短期間で製造可能であり、2重目的を可能とする大規模な生物兵器製造施設の認定基準を満たすものである。
もしも、1200リットルの発酵装置に汚染物質が混入されれば、ワクチン材料全体を汚染することが可能となる。
汚染物質は偽ラベルや秘密裏に記された印によりまとめられ、それぞれの人口区分に出荷され、何百万という人々に感染させることができる。1918年から1919年のスペイン風邪は、米国兵士が汚染された予防接種を受けた後から始まった証拠がある。
この様な、事実上秘密2重構造となっている生物兵器生産配布システムがオーストリアのこの地で設立されるには、免許証、許可証、契約書発行上制約を受けない、オーストリア保健省その他の省庁の高い地位にいる者の知識や支援が不可欠であると主張する。
また、オーストリアの生物兵器製造施設の設立と利用は、メディアの主要人物らの知識や協力なしには不可能だったことも主張する。
一般国民にはこの詳細を知る権利がある。
しかしながら、この事件に関する報道は殆どなされていないため、多くのオーストリア人は事実関係を一切知らない。
オーストリア政府が国民の税金によって、鳥インフルエンザパンデミック発生時に全国民に奨励する予防接種を、この冬危うく鳥インフルエンザパンデミックを引き起こすきっかけを作ったバクスターに、事前の大量注文をしているなどとは知らない。
鳥インフルエンザに汚染されたワクチンの製造過程から、オーストラリア国民が接種するいかなる予防接種であれ、果たして適格な試験がなされているのだろうかという疑問が生じてくる。現在に至ってもバクスターがオーストリアと海外の16の研究所に出荷したワクチンの汚染物混入の詳細は分かっていない。
どのタイプのウイルスが汚染溶液に混入したのか、もしもバイオ技術によりウイルスが混入されたとしたら、どの部分が修正されたのか等、何も明らかになっていない。バクスターとアヴィールのみならず、各国政府当局の輸入制限措置も全く機能してなかったと言える。
もしも、同様の管理・規制体制で通常のバクスター製インフルエンザワクチンも製造されているなら、一体何が調合されているのか不明だということだ。
様々な組織に属する多くの人々が共謀して犯罪を計画し、その証拠を隠蔽しあうのは組織犯罪だ。この「実験室での事件」と当局やメディアにより連動する全ての点は、国際組織犯罪の要素を完全に備えていると指摘する。

I cannot provide everything that I know about this situation, but I do want to suggest some things that may "clarify" things for everyone. First, squalene is not what caused the sequelae of symptoms known as "Gulf War Sickness." Nor were "biologicals or WMD" the cause...nor were exposure to oil smog. The real cause was fragments of the envelope of HIV mixed with "mycoplasma incognitus transferens." These two things caused the following symptoms: mental confusion/fog; wasting, joint pain, hair loss, respiratory problems, asthma, brain inflammation....etc., etc.. Now, everyone wants to know why would the US deliberately infect its soldiers with this illness? Well, the US did not do that--a small group of traitorous bastards that wanted to ensure chronic illnesses to which they would have the only cures as well as a setup for the eventual "KILL STROKE." That's right. They wanted to make money off of killing off a lot of people. Also, with military people using centralized medical care, large random populations with lots of genetic variety would be supplying their blood for analysis and the development of "biological" cures.
Did you all notice that the push for companies with genetic engineering and biological drugs took off in the 90s? Right after the Gulf War? If you doubt any of this--check on the patents for a company called Tanox (which is now hidden in the company that belonged to the Dr. who tipped off Martha Stewart. She was the diversion). The ownership of Tanox should not be much of a mystery once you know that the lab work was performed at BAYLOR UNIVERSITY IN TEXAS....near the site of the WACO debacle.
By observing the effects of exposing large numbers of people with diverse heritages to a specific organism, the authors of this disgusting scheme killed two birds with one stone. They established a database with information on specific ethnic responses that they could extrapolate other information from and they obtained a consistent source of serum filled with antibodies...from which to develop "cures." Look at the side effect list of the current biologicals being marketed for ASTHMA, OCPD, ARTHRITIS, "RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS", CERTAIN MENTAL ILLNESSES THAT RESEMBLE BIPOLAR DISORDER AND DEPRESSION. Those side effects have to do with "immune system response" and cancers that might be triggered by exposure to whatever is in these biologicals.
SEARCH WIPO FOR MRSA and look at who owns the patents. EVERYONE READING THIS SITE BETTER GET REAL CLEAR ON ONE ISSUE----these vaccines are going to kill. The people putting them together know what they are doing. Believe me. What is terribly sad is that there are a lot of good people in the DOD who believe that these vaccines actually contain factors intended to immunize the public (clandestinly) against "OTHER" WMD.

The "pandemic" is spooling up quickly here in Canada. Several Northern Aboriginal reserves have been closed down because of the so-called outbreaks. (200 already ill) Suspicious that these remote areas are affected already; must be lots of natives hitting the mexican beaches I suppose? Local chiefs are demanding Tamiflu which gov says they have already. Guess they never looked up stuff on Baxter.
This will get out of hand quickly here. The colleges and universities are forcing vaccinations and blood work for all entrants too. And we've been chemtrailed the last 3 days.

わからないのでは？ウィルスの媒介者となるだけで本人は耐性を同時につけて

The government is telling schools across the country to prepare to be used as clinics for mass vaccination programs set to be instituted later this year, according to an Associated Press report.
Schoolchildren are being targeted as the first recipients of a swine flu vaccine currently being developed, despite the fact that swine flu has proven far less lethal than originally feared, killing just 160 people worldwide, a figure dwarfed by the number of people who die annually from the regular flu virus.
The World Health Organization increased the hysteria surrounding swine flu last week, raising their alert status to level 6, indicating a global pandemic was underway.
“Schoolchildren could be first in line for swine flu vaccine this fall — and schools are being put on notice that they might even be turned into shot clinics,” states the report.
“Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Tuesday she is urging school superintendents around the country to spend the summer preparing for that possibility, if the government goes ahead with mass vaccinations.”
The last such mass vaccination program to combat swine flu in 1976 resulted in dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries, after the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.
Americans have been psychologically conditioned by the mass media to accept to inevitability of enforced mass vaccination campaigns for years. The latest such example appeared in Time Magazine six weeks ago, where it was mooted that officials would be forced to “institute draconian measures to combat the disease,” measures which would include mandatory mass vaccination programs.
Some schools are already working with the government to run mass vaccination drills.
Eleven schools in Alaska recently participated in an exercise focused around dispensing mass vaccinations in the event of an outbreak.

Swine Flu Vaccine May Be Ready by October
Brazilian scientists have identified a new strain of the H1N1 virus after examining samples from a patient in Sao Paulo, their institute said Tuesday.
The variant has been called A/Sao Paulo/1454/H1N1 by the Adolfo Lutz Bacteriological Institute, which compared it with samples of the A(H1N1) swine flu from California.
The genetic sequence of the new sub-type of the H1N1 virus was isolated by a virology team lead by one of its researchers, Terezinha Maria de Paiva, the institute said in a statement.
The mutation comprised of alterations in the Hemagglutinin protein which allows the virus to infect new hosts, it said.
It was not yet known whether the new strain was more aggressive than the current A(H1N1) virus which has been declared pandemic by the World Health Organization.
The genetic make-up of the H1N1 virus and its subvariants are important for scientists.
Pharmaceutical companies are working to mass produce a vaccine against the current A(H1N1) flu.
There are fears though that it could mutate into a deadly strain, much in the same way as the 1918 Spanish flu -- also an A(H1N1) virus type -- did when it killed tens of millions around the planet.
According to the WHO, 36,000 people in 76 countries have been infected with the H1N1 virus, causing 163 deaths.

権力者の世界は一般人の想像を絶する社会だったんだなと感じました。
今年の4月28日にヨーロッパに向かう時にロサンゼルスの空港のロビーで風邪を引いている人に遭遇しました。
その後何日かたってから豚インフルらしき症状が出ました。
フランスで豚インフル大流行の報道を見てびっくりしました。
フランス人はぜんぜん気にしていませんでした。
日本人の騒ぎっぷりはパニックに近い感じであきれました。
鼻水、頭痛、体中痛いなどインフルは怖いですね。
しかし怖がりすぎでパニックはまずいと思いました。
日本人は天然でインフルエンザに強い免疫を持つ種族だと医学博士から直に聞いたことがあります。
インチキワクチン攻撃は怖いですね。
馬鹿者扱いされているかもしれませんが、
ワクチンを打たない方が良いと自分の周りに伝えています。
何だかんだ言っても人類は生き残りそうなんで、
無理や考えすぎで疲れて体を壊さないようにのんびり生活しようと思ってます。

昨年12月に、米国のワクチン製造会社バクスターのオーストリア支社は、一般的な人インフルエンザH3N2型ワクチンを大量出荷したばかりだったため、同じくオーストリアのアヴィール・グリーン・ヒルズ・バイオテクノロジー(Avir Green Hills Biotechnology)での更なる複製増産は不可能だった。また、今年2月、バクスターの関連会社であるチェコ共和国のアヴィール社で研究員の不注意により、サンプルを誤ってイタチに接種させ死亡させていた。このワクチンにはバクスター社で使用されているH5N1型の生ワクチンが混合されているのが発覚した。これら2種は誤って混合されたものと見られる。
バクスター社のマークス・レインハード(Markus Reinhard)は、H3N2型は超密閉製の容器を使用しているため感染はなかったと語っている。しかし、オランダのエラスムス大学(Erasmus University)のアブ・オステルハウス氏(Ab Osterhaus)は、「このような事態が2度と起こらないよう、徹底的な調査が必要」と語っている。

ワクチンがウイルスだという話あながち間違ってはいないでしょう。製薬会社に知り合いがいる方はその人の話をICレコーダーで録音してみましょう。私の聞いた話では自分で作っておきながらとても飲めた代物ではないと聞きました。またその製薬会社付近の川は汚染されているとも。その付近の土や水を調べてみるのもいいかもしれません。バファリンの半分が発がん性物質で出来ているという話も聞きました。
ちなみに天皇の話も前回ありましたのでベンさんの話を信じる信じないに関わらず皆さんに一つの疑問を投げかけたいと思います。我々の子供達と天皇の子と一体何が違うというのですか？同じ命ではありませんか。アフリカの貧しい村では子供の涙に泥さえ混じっているというのになぜ天皇だけが？それも資本主義だから仕方ないという方にもう一つ疑問を投げかけましょう。それが資本主義だと言うなら民主主義についてどうお答えなさるおつもりで？それは資本主義ではない！恐怖主義の貧富主義と言った方が正しい。

This info has been out since April. While it seems nearly certain that this is indeed a designer weapon, I don't see any "proof" in this lawsuit – just claims and question based on publicly available material.
Does this journalist have actual proof (testimony, documentation, etc.) outside of what we can read in his lawsuit?

WAY TO GO!!! People have been doing the homework necesarryto expose the traitors within the WHO. GREAT! We all know BIG-Pharma MUST ALL GO DOWN THE TOILET, right? They have just announced more powers for the Fed rather than making any progress towards the future we both want. Has the agreement derailed already?
Also, many are making much milage out of the fact that Leo Zagami claims to be a messiah on his own site and that makes it easy for people to dissmiss the content of your joint announcement on the 12th.
Perhaps a few at the top need to 'go' to let them know you are serious?
