Jeff Rense files criminal charges against Alex Jones

Jeff Rense has filed a formal police report charging Alex Jones of Infowars.com with interstate terrorism and threats. According to Mr. Rense: “This is all about Jones...who called me at home last Tuesday afternoon just past 1pm and threatened to "destroy" me (and my family).

Rense says he will be moving his radio show to two new networks as a result of his spat with Jones.

Alex Jones was allegedly enraged by Rense’s posting of a link to this article．

That quotes from Alex Jones’s website’s comments pages to question whether or not Jones is in fact a Zionist agent. Rense also provided the following link to an audio clip where Jones is again threatening somebody．

My take on this is that while Alex Jones avoids the subject of Zionism and has a huge ego, he clearly attacks key institutions like the Bilderbergers and has played a great role in awakening many people to the dangers of the New World Order. It is a classic illuminati trick to infiltrate opposition groups and then get them to start fighting each other. Alex Jones should not have to censor information that his wife and kids are Jewish. Instead of threatening Mr. Rense personally, he should have attacked the content of the article about him. He should also, as I do, wear his Jewish connection like a badge of honour and fight against the Zionist gangsters on behalf of righteous Jews and all humans everywhere. Remember the essence of Judaism is the Golden Rule and it applies to all peoples and not just Jews. Mr. Jones should apologize to Mr. Rense. A request for a comment from Mr. Jones has not been answered at the time of writing this. Finally, I would like to remind him of an Asian saying: “the powerful eagle hides his claws.” The enemy is too powerful for truth seekers to waste energy fighting each other.

Ben, Im wondering if you remember an interview you did on his show with Bermas a while back. Alex was not there at the time and they emphasized several times that he was totally unavailable. So, on the interview went and you mentioned they were unwittingly spreading CIA propaganda on their show. Almost instantaneously Alex was on the line with you on-air defending himself saying there's some confusion blah blah blah... All of a sudden, the unavailable Jones is readily available because of your CIA comment... Guilty demeanour? I think so.

After listening to both of these wacko's for years, I finally stopped my subscription to Rense due to his site being so negative. Always bashing someone of some group. It finally got so bad that I just stopped going to his site. Alex also goes way overboard with his show. Their ego's are bigger then the housing bubble. I don't trust half the crap they post.

Some of the things posted on ALL these news sites are nutty and by that I mean clear off the rails tinfoil hat stuff. There is some truth mixed in with the disinfo, which is why I still visit a few of these sites after having seen clear through the lies so long ago (being slightly clairvoyant helps). The bottom line is that your gut is your best guide.

I don't doubt their good intentions, but IMHO Mr. Jones, Mr. Fulford and Mr. Rense all serve as CONDUITS for leaked information from the elites, so it is more than likely that they cooperate with the elites to this end. Still, you can never really tell for sure if the elites are telling them the truth or just pulling their legs. Viewer discretion is advised, and don't shoot the messengers.

My personal opinion is that Brother Kaplan and Hal Thompson - along with some of the kooks at Stormfront, etc. - deliberately front as nasty bigots to rout out the crazies and turn them in to the FBI. Just think: Even mildly antisemitic websites get shut down for the mildest of thought crimes but here these bigoted sites continue to operate. WHY? As another commenter downthread mentioned, I avoid these sites like the plague now, because when I used to visit them I came away feeling dirty and sick.

Any article that portrays an elite group as 100% evil and in control DEFINITELY COINTELPRO-style disinfo. No group is 100% evil, or totally in control. In fact I'd be willing to bet there are a few white hats in every one of these groups we entertain such conspiracy theories about. There are also multiple factions with double and triple agents working at cross purposes to each another. It's impossible to know for sure what is going on from our vantage points.

I agree with the comment re: Alex Jones' hiring of Jason Bermas and airing his show exactly over Jeff Rense's time-slot.

I've listened to both Jones' and Rense's shows for the last few years. The both have large egos, but they both provide critical information that the public needs. They also both have their flaws that they each need to address.

Jones does go light on the Zionist (and other religious) aspects to the NWO, though he does address it from time to time. He also can't ask a question of his guests without then talking over them a la Bill O'Reilly.

Rense focuses way too much on the Zionist and UFO angles of all of this; this is not to say that there isn't fire there (especially re: world Zionism and the Illuminati), but Rense does himself a disservice by casting himself as anti-Semitic (which he denies) and as a lunatic-fringe believer in UFOs. Rense would be better served sticking to more core NWO agenda topics which are readily available in their own whitepapers.

Bottom-line: this is a silly clash of egos at the worst possible time. I've listened to Jones complain for years about "folks" being jealous him, and I've always wonder to whom he was referring. I finally surmised it over the weekend and then this article sealed the deal. Both men need to get over the pettiness of it all because they'll be lucky to be free to run their websites and air their shows if things do not improve in a major way asap.

I think your attitude on this is appropriate. I'm starting to find Rense's attitude toward Jones more suspicious than Jones' "avoidance" of zionism. (To be fair, I don't think he avoids it – just doesn't give it the attention some people think it deserves. The same could be said of the catholics, jesuits, wahabbists, etc.)

I understand where Rense (rather Nathaniel Kapner) is coming from, and am a regular visitor to both sites, but both are overly obsessed with bashing jews (and blacks for that matter), at the expense of not covering the many important political and economic affairs covered by Jones. The Kapner article was very un-journalistic and in poor taste. Rense and Kapner should be careful lest they be sued for defamation of character or libel (perhaps with David Icke and others as counterparties).

This seems to be a type-A and a type-B personality clashing over "leadership" of the conspiracy community. They both have valuable things to say, but you'll never catch Alex Jones publicly bashing Jeff Rense.

BTW, Ben – I'd love to hear you on Infowars again. You almost NEVER see Jeff attack Christianity, Masonry, Muslims or any other religious group like he attacks Judaism. Sorry it's true. Go through his archives and do a numerical analysis.
